Ownvendorescalationsfromstarttofinish,communicatingclearlywithvendors,corporatecustomers,andinternalteamstoresolvediscrepancies. Setupandmaintainvendoraccountsandrecords,ensuringcompliancewithcompanypolicies. Communicatedirectlywithwholesalecustomersandinternalsales/accountmanagementteamstoresolveinvoiceandpayment-relatedissues. Collaboratewiththefinanceteamonprocessimprovements. Assistwithadhocprojectsandsupportasneeded. Qualifications 2–4yearsofaccountspayableexperience,ideallywithinaconsumergoods,DTC,orwholesaleenvironment. Strongknowledgeofvendorescalationmanagement,wholesaleinvoiceprocesses,corporatecustomerissueresolution,andinventoryinvoicereconciliation. ProficiencyinNetSuite,Bill.com,invoicingsoftware,andMicrosoftExcel. Heavyexperiencewith,andenthusiasmfor,AIandautomationtools. Abilitytoworkcross-functionallywithsales,operations,andfinanceteams. Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskillsforvendorandcustomerinteraction. Self-starterwiththeabilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesinafast-pacedenvironment.
