As the successful Engineer, you will be working with a professional engineering dive team that provides consulting services to clients – primarily in the New York City area. Occasional travel to other areas throughout the U.S. and abroad may be required but most evenings, you will be home. The principal function of this position is to lead a team that evaluates marine structures and ports through above and underwater engineering inspections, follow-on report preparation and development of structural repair designs. You will also perform high-level analysis and design. You will utilize modern workflows that include field tablets, UAS (drones), nondestructive testing and evaluation, marine mapping and imaging, analysis and modeling tools.
