About the role
The Executive Assistant keeps each day running smoothly. You’ll own calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure materials and information are ready when needed. You are hands-on, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
This is a detail-oriented role for someone who takes pride in staying organized, anticipating needs, following through, and making busy days more manageable for the leaders they support.
What we’re looking for
Required
5+ years of experience as an executive or administrative assistant supporting senior leaders
Reliable and consistent; people trust that when they hand something to you, it gets done
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Discretion when handling confidential information
Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, and travel and expense (T&E) platforms
