Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Production Operator to join a manufacturing client. This individual will be responsible for loading component parts into automated assembly equipment while maintaining established quality, safety, and efficiency standards.\n\nThe Production Operator will use PLEX to manage inventory, record production, create labels, and document issues involving parts or machinery. This person will also inspect finished products, report quality concerns, package materials according to instructions, and maintain a clean and organized work area.\n\nDay-to-Day Responsibilities:\nLoad component parts into automated assembly equipment.\nUse PLEX to load inventory into the production cell, record production, create labels, and document issues.\nPackage finished products according to established instructions.\nMonitor machinery and escalate equipment downtime or performance issues to Team Leaders or Supervisors.\nInspect parts and finished products for defects or quality concerns.\nEnsure products meet established check sheets, work instructions, and quality standards.\nDocument inspection results and product nonconformances.\nEscalate poor-quality parts to the appropriate Team Leader or Supervisor.\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.\nSupport internal and external audits as needed.\nIdentify opportunities to improve production processes, efficiency, and product quality.\nCross-train across multiple work centers as required.\nPerform additional production-related duties as assigned....individuals that pay attention to detail.
