To support patient accounting operations, the full-time Revenue Cycle Representative will manage the submission and follow-up of insurance claims, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accounts receivable while working remotely. Key responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims, responses to denials, and re-bills of insurance claims Interface with internal and external departments to resolve discrepancies through various methods, including charge corrections and refunds Contact insurance carriers for authorizations and gather information from medical records to substantiate claims Required qualifications High School Degree Two years of experience in hospital or physician insurance-related activities such as billing or collections Basic understanding of health insurance plans, policies, and procedures
